After 24 years of dedicated service representing Madison County, Steve Chandler has stepped down from the Farmers Electric Cooperative Board. During his long tenure, Steve witnessed many changes and advancements in the cooperative world.

“When I first joined the board, there were no classes or continuing education opportunities like we have today,” Steve recalls. He praises the cooperative system for the many positive steps taken over the years to support and strengthen local co-ops.
